Job Description
The Field Manager helps the General Manager oversee the day-to-day operations of the business including management of field/technician team, daily routing, customer service, and any other duties assigned by the GM and Owner. Training will be provided by the GM and Owner.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Living out and following our Core Values and Core Behaviors
- Field training of all new technicians
- Resolve personnel issues and corrective action
- Manage inventory, equipment and vehicles
- Run daily huddles/dispatch
- Ensure techs leave the office dressed in uniform with proper PPE in a timely manner
- Treat properties
- Make sure vans are stocked and cleaned
- Assign duties to personnel
- Communicate customer/equipment/fleet issues with managers as appropriate in a timely manner.
- Perform tasks as assigned by GM
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Pest Control Knowledge
- Valid driver's license

Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
